Visiting Hospice Nurse

Our visiting hospice nurses work to directly care for patients and to support the family. They will help explain the medical situation of the patient to their families and coordinate with the patient’s overall care plan. As such, they also provide hands-on care and give advice to families about general precautions in taking care of someone who is terminally ill.
